A place named Happy Happy Happy is one we had to check out. We stopped by the Lower East Side bakery to sample the mini-cupcakes. We are happy to report that the cupcakes are tasty, moist and gluten-free. Happy Happy Happy is located at 157 Allen Street.

I tried one of their cupcakes a few weeks ago. Quite different from other ones I've had (really moist) but I liked it. I wish they were larger. :)
