Barefoot Contessa's cocounut cupcakes

I didn't make these (my friend Felicia did, using a Barefoot Contessa recipe), but I can tell you they were DELICIOUS. Different from most other cupcakes I've had - the coconut flavor was there, but it wasn't overwhelming, and the cake itself was kindof heavy and wet and mushy, if that makes sense. In a good way! It just wasn't the light and fluffy cake I'm used to. Very filling and satisfying, also sweet but not too sweet.
