This cupcake had a vanilla base laced with fresh peaches, filled with peach jam, topped with a peach buttercream and a fuzzy peach candy.

Beautiful! I have a question about the cups you used, though. Don't they make it hard to get the cupcake out of its wrapper? I used those cups after seeing them here (they look so Martha, don't you think?), but I ended up having to cut the lip in two places in order to be able to tear the paper away from the cake. Am I missing something?? I bought a couple hundred of them at a restaurant supply store for about $5, and I've got tons left over!
