We don't know what time, but at some point today on NBC News you should be able to get a glimpse of us extolling the wonders of cupcakes (and even eating some) at Buttercup Bake Shop for an NBC news report on the cupcake craze - they also interviewed Buttercup owner Jennifer Appel and visited Sprinkles in LA.
