I'm usually a bigger fan of the cake over the frosting. Today, in fact, I ate a vanilla cupcake with raspberry frosting from Crumbs, but only took a smidgen of the frosting. It was really sweet, and I was just in more of a cakey mood. But a photo like this just inspires my frosting lust and makes me want to lick the top off until my mouth is overrun by sugar.
