I found this cupcake on the blog The Daily Raw Cafe - the recipe, along with a few variations, is in the post. I'm sure most readers, like me, don't necessarily think "raw food" and "cupcakes" go hand in hand, but what I've learned from incessant cupcake blogging is that cupcakes are extremely adaptable to various dietary requirements, and that's yet one more thing to love about them. Because doesn't everybody deserve cupcakes?
