The Cupcake Shoppe makes a great cupcake but the richest most sinful in the city check out home-based, Bonne Bouche in Toronto. Owner, Rosie, makes her cupcake goodies with 100% butter and creamcheese frosting, add a moist for days cake base and toasted coconut topping and their to die for!
