Chocolate cherry pie cupcake and a peanut butter chocolate cupcakes

I got inspired to do a chocolate cherry pie / dark forest cupcake. The cupcake has a cherry pie filling with a bit of chocolate ganashe center. The frosting is a cherry, cream cheese , buttercream frosting with real cherry chunks. And topped with sprinkles and mini and regular size M&M's. The cupcake was double dipped in chocolate ganashe before frosting was added.

These are awesome! I am new to the cupcake craz - we bought Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World and have gone to town! My daughter is 7 and we homeschool and make a different batch each week... we have had a ball! These look awesome - I think she'll love the cherry ones - we'll have to make some with all that candy on them this week!
