It's the ultimate way for me to creatively express myself with baking.
I made monster cupcakes for Halloween, and pink lemonade cupcakes for summer.
I send get well cupcakes, too!
I'm constantly trying out different cake and frosting recipes.
I loooove making extra-large cupcakes and even teenie bite-sized cupcakes!
But watching everyone enjoy my cupcakes is the best part of it all.

They are little, which makes them good for everyone--you don't feel like you are overindulging if you are watching what you eat, and you feel okay about giving one to your kid too.

And cupcakes rock because when you make someone a cupcake from scratch, and send it with them, it's like a little piece of home that reminds them that they're loved. I've yet to see anyone look sad while eating a cupcake.
