These Chow Chows cupcakes are in honor of my grandmother Mary and her Chow Chow, Laddie. If Laddie had his way, I wouldn't be blogging now, because Laddie didn't particularly like my grandfather dating my grandmother and tried to scare him off. Fortunately my grandfather prevailed. But my grandmother always remembered what a good loyal dog, Laddie was. So for all the protective Chows out there, this cupcake is for you!
