You're lucky if you live in one of those states - I really want to try one of these! Actually, I cliked on Nevada and it only says it's "coming soon." Well, for now we can all drool over these...and Annie said she found some made by Philly Swirl at Walmart.

We have Maggie Moo's here in California too and I can tell you from personal experience that those ice cream cupcakes are to die for!

You've got it backwards. The Red states are where the stores ARE NOT. We had Maggie Moo's in Virginia when I lived there and we have some in California too.
