Okay, that may be an exaggeration...but maybe not, since article after article mentions Magnolia Bakery in conjunction with the show turned movie. Will the foursome eat cupcakes on the big screen? We shall see!

I went there last time I was in NYC. The bouncer presence is obnoxious. He really is like a bouncer at a bar: big, brawny, stone-faced. Couldn't they get a nice, cheerful, colorfully-dressed bouncer? Handing out samples?

The cupcakes were not worth all that attitude, IMHO. I will try Sugar Sweet Sunshine next time.
