Butter Cream Cupcakery, 3680 S. Mason St., will begin selling gourmet cupcakes to the public today.
The company is owned and operated by sisters Robin Pavel and Mary DeHerder and won Best Dessert of Show for the 2008 Taste of Fort Collins. It is the first and only specialty cupcake bakery in the city.
Some of the new flavors offered include chai, peach, bubble gum, champagne and many others. Various specialty coffees, teas, sodas and other drinks will also be offered.
