So I'm back in Minneapolis, and am excited to explore the city (the Fringe Festival is going on) and eat more cupcakes.
Today from Miel y Leche these are the offerings:

mint cookies and cream
strawberry macaroon (v)
lemon cream cheese (v)
yellow cake with dark chocolate frosting
I think I may have to do a cupcake double header to go try the mint cookies and cream! Get yours starting at noon (they go fast) at Letterbox Creative, 2741 Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis.
Then (or instead, if you're not a cupcake glutton like me), join me and the other Rachel, who is the organizer of The Minneapolis/St. Paul Cupcake Meetup! (even if you can't make it today, if you live in the Twin Cities, please sign up)
We are meeting at 2 pm (probably until 3:30 or so) at Cupcake, 3337 University Avenue SE, Minneapolis, and I for one plan to get a repeat of a their S'mores cupcake:

Also! Last night I went to a Fringe Festival show and got a flyer for Suzanne Willigen's Cast of Dancing Delights, which plays tonight at 7 pm at Souther Theater, 1320 Washington Ave. So. I can't find the image that's on the postcard to share with you (but I will track it down) but it features twelve faces on cupcakes in a box of cupcakes. No idea what it's about but I like the marketing. Here's an image they use on their Fringe page:
