Cupcakes on book covers: a master list

We thought you might want to see all the cupcakes on book covers that we've come across in one pretty post. Did we miss any? Let us know! I predict more cupcakes on book covers to come in 2009, especially for chick lit/women's fiction, but who knows? As you can see below, they span genres. Note: These do not include cookbooks, as those are places you'd expect to find a cupcake.

What's interesting is that some of the books, like Tania Katan's My One-Night Stand with Breast Cancer, mention cupcakes in them, and that's presumably where the cover image idea was formed. Others it seems are just using cupcakes to lure in readers - not that there's anything wrong with that!

These are in approximate order of most recent to least recent - or rather, they are in the most recent to least recent order of when we blogged about them, if we blogged them.
