I am a pastry school graduate and NEED that book!!
I can't wait to get my hands on that book! My cupcake tins are in pretty steady rotation anyway, but for this, I might have to buy another set!

I tried a cookie recipe from Baked last week. Best cookies EVER! I can only imagine these cupcakes - and the rest of their recipes - will be as good!

Does anyone else think that the cover of "Baked: New Frontiers in Baking" looks an awful lot like the cover of Rebecca Rather's "The Pastry Queen"?
