from Flickr user ahemler - I have had this at Batch and even I, non-carrot cake fan, like it a lot. I never say never when it comes to cupcake favorites, because even the things I don't love, if done right, can win me over.

The salt and the caramel is amazing together. Kind of like chocolate and salsa.

This was delicious, but between the two of us, we could only eat one bite each. Sooooo heavy, salty and not tempered. It was still cold! Maybe we went too early?(6:30). Felt a bit bloated afterwards, but i'd visit again expecting to simply "taste" not finish.
