Outside in: one way to eat a cupcake

Do any of you eat your cupcakes like this with the frosting flipped into the middle, like a cupcake sandwich?

I have been eating my cupcakes like that since I was a kid. I recently made some chocolate cupcakes with a peanut butter icing and the icing was so intense, you almost couldn't taste the cupcake. So I told everyone to eat it like this - putting the icing in the middle. It completely perfected the taste of the cupcake!

I love eating them that way! The cupcakes at my local grocery store bakery are very tall, and it's the only way to get frosting and cake in each bite. Now, it's become habit!

My boyfriend eats his cupcakes from Main Street Cupcakes (the best Cleveland Cupcake) all the time. We thought it was his very own trademark thing until I saw this post! I love it!
