Austin's Cake by Bridges

I'm going to Austin next week for Thanksgiving, and we'll be back in March (exact date TBA) giving out free cupcakes at the SXSW panel "Nom Nom Nom: The Secrets of Successful Foodblogging" (and I'm hoping we can throw a SXSW cupcake party too). So I've been researching Austin bakeries and making plans to visit as many as possible. But you know what? Every time I turn around I discover one more bakery or custom cupcake company in Austin! Austin is becoming the new It cupcake city, it seems. They were also just written up in The Daily Texan, so you can check that out for more info.
