I recognize those - they're from the Oakmont Bakery, about 20 minutes outside of Pittsburgh.

I work across the river from the bakery, and the gourmet cupcakes were a welcome addition to their regular baked goods. It's a really big bakery, so they're not just cupcake specific like CoCos or Dozen.
