
Tomorrow, Wednesday, November 19th, Holy Cow Cupcakes will open in Carmel, Indiana (via photographer Erin Hession). They're on Flickr, too, where I took these images from.
Their flavors are all given human names, such as:
The Erin
Fudge cake topped with hot pink buttercream and a handmade green chocolate shamrock.
The John
Chocolate and white cake marbled together with bright blue vanilla buttercream and green sprinkles.
The Byrne
Traditional german chocolate cake topped with coconut pecan frosting made with Stahmann Farm Pecans fresh from New Mexico.
The Tara
Butter cake topped with fresh whipped cream and pineapple chunks.
The Twilla
Rich chocolate cake with maraschino cherries mixed throughout, topped with as much almond buttercream “as you can put on it with it it tipping over!”
