How adorable are these Pokemon cupcakes? AND...they were for a half birthday! 7 and a half to be precise. Here's how the mom made them, via Aeropause Games:
The cupcakes are chocolate and they are filled with cream… just like a Hostess cupcake. The Pokemon faces were made out of Marshmallow Fondant. Marshmallow Fondant is made out of marshmallows so it tastes a lot better that regular fondant. It’s pretty fun to make too. I made templates for the various parts of the faces, and cut around them with an Exacto knife.

My son is a HUGE Pokemon fan, so I thought I would surprise him with these.
They were very fun to make and were a big hit at the party. :^)
