If you don't already know about it, Zappos is awesome. The online shoe retailer has a huge selection, is extremely active on Twitter, and apparently they love cupcakes over there! Melissa La Point, Social Media/Inside Zappos blogger, wrote and told us:
The Zappos Help Desk made cupcakes for employees! It’s their way of kicking the service level and WOW factor up a notch inside the Zappos headquarters.
