Berlin seems to like cupcakes, what with the two cupcake bakeries, Cupcake Berlin and Cupcake Bakery, and this that my stepfather just sent me - some early Happy Hannukah cupcakes from the Jewish Museum Berlin. (Hannukah starts the night of December 21st.). He wrote:
