London, Ontario's Razzle Dazzle Cupcakes gets profiled by the London Free Press which highlights some of their more interesting flavors:
"It's so much work. It makes me feel great when I have the finished product done . . . but there's nothing like a cupcake and glass of milk -- that's how I reward myself," she says.
So how did she come up with tantalizing tastes -- naming each one after a dance -- such as the Chai Cream Electric Slide? The Strawberry Samba? The Chocolate Orange Monster Mash? The Vanilla Mango Twinkle?
"Let me tell you, there was a lot of taste-testing and 10 pounds later . . ." she says with a laugh. "But you have to get it right. My flavours are strong. When you bite into a mango cupcake you know it's mango."
