Honestly, there are so many beautiful cupcake shots to look at on her site you can't go wrong just scrolling through. So many of them are vegan, and some are also gluten-free, for those who choose to go without, have Celiac's, or are allergic to gluten. Nifty.
Too bad (for me) she's in St. Paul/Minneapolis, otherwise I'd totally be tasting those vegan cupcakes. For now I'll have to content myself with reading her blog and drooling over her images.
