Not a surprise that I'd post about vegan cupcakes, given my ongoing love affair with all things vegetarian and vegan. But even if you are a dedicated carnivore (Eric -- I'm looking at you) you'd have to admit these are just gorgeous. They make me want to reach into my monitor and grab one!
