i have the book "Hello, Cupcake", and so it is always fun to see their creations brought to life by everyday people, and amateur bakers... Makes them more "attainable"! The penguins are almost as cute as the book, and the butterflies turned out just like the photo!

I've seen these designs in the "Hey Cupcake!" book by Alan Richardson and Karen Tack. This book is amazing and has many other great ideas. I made the 'Corn on the Cob' and 'Peas and Carrots' cupcakes. Love the penguins and butterflies!
