Congrats to American Water Spaniel Effie on her 13th birthday, which would not have been complete without a birthday cupcake. Mmm! Effie's humans say, "We are convinced that the annual cupcakes are a key to her vitality." That's funny because I'm convinced a daily cupcake is the key to my vitality!
