Upcakes® from Dixie Picnic

What are Upcakes®? They're a special kind of cupcake (copyrighted, too!) from Frazier, Pennsylvania's Dixie Picnic. This is how they describe their origins:

When Bette was a small child, she would annoy Aunt Bertha endlessly by eating only the iced tops of her cupcakes. So one day Aunt Bertha got wise, turned her cupcakes upside-down and iced all three sides. Sure enough, Bette devoured the entire cupcake because now there was icing enough for every bite.

Over the years the only thing that has changed about the way our upcakes are made is that now there are more flavors than ever. We use the same authentic ingredients, including butter, natural flavors from real fruits, nuts, chocolate, and spices. Believe us when we say that taste buds accustomed to so much processed food will come alive when they discover the way food used to taste.
