These are by Flickr user neviepiecakes, who writes:
"Coconut cupcakes with lime buttercream, decorated with edible glitter and a slice of lime. These were for the Pamper evening at my daughters' school."
And while this doesn't have anything officially to do with Rachel Rappaport's blog Coconut & Lime, since the names are the same, and Rachel has plenty of cupcake offerings of her own, we figured we'd link to her too.
I must admit that personally, I love coconut, but lime, not so much. Lemons, I eat raw, but lime has to be very subtle for me to enjoy it. These cupcakes are so gorgeous, though, I'd totally eat one. I need to get myself some edible glitter for the next time I make cupcakes.
