I have a carrot cake recipe that calls for fresh orange juice AND orange cream cheese icing. I just add a little bit of orange zest to my basic cream cheese icing recipe. It is wonderful!!

It is really good, and even better a day later after the orange rind flavors have integrated more with the frosting.
