I always wonder what alcohol-laden sweets taste like, until I accidentally ingested several liquor-filled bits of my friend Tess' bourbon pie (I guess I thought it burned off in the cooking!). Well, I was good and truly soused. Red-faced and very happy, I decided I liked the way I felt (but definitely did not like the way I felt the following morning!). With all that in mind, I bring you the Guinness Cupcake:
