Anything bakeries can do to keep customers interested and spice up their menus is a good thing. Offering new flavors, or rotating flavors, also encourages people to come back and try your products again, and lots of bakeries are doing that. It also gives bakeries a chance to test out slightly unusual flavors they might not want to offer every day.
