Norwichnuts, you know we love you (especially with your vegan dedication), but:

Savory Stuffed Celery Pop Cupcakes

"Celery cake with celery soda pop, a tofu feta Greek olive filling and Tofutti cream cheeze topping dappled with bell peppers and walnuts!"

Maybe you should send me some so I can taste-test? I'm willing to suspend my disbelief in the meantime...
