Spaghetti and meatball cupcakes by Tracey Cataldo



The Stranger accounting manage Tracey Cataldo made these spaghetti and meatball cupcakes:

crafted the noodles from vanilla frosting and fashioned the cheese from shaved white chocolate. The icing on the cake, as it were, are the meatballs—made from Ferrero Roche chocolate and hazelnut balls tossed in strawberry preserves.

It doesn't say in the post, but presumably she got the idea from Karen Tack's and Alan Richardson's New York Times bestselling cookbook Hello, Cupcake! We're waiting for word on when their sequel, What's New, Cupcake comes out, but Amazon is listing a 2010 Hello, Cupcake! wall calendar that goes on sale in July.
