Hidden cupcake on cover of YA novel TMI by Sarah Quigley

I had trouble spotting the cupcake on the cover of Sarah Quigley's YA novel TMI but it is there!

She wrote on her blog:

The images bubbling over Becca’s head are all things that are mentioned in the book. But you’ll have to read it to find out why cupcakes, mohawks, French kisses, a unicorn, and a peanut are important to the story.

I'm about to buy it so I can find out!
