This frosting is made with "Biscuit Rose de Reims", which is a specialty from the city of Reims (from the part of France where they make Champagne) -> http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biscuit_rose_de_Reims
I've tried this cupcake 2 weeks ago and as Girlicious said, it was very very delicious ! The cake was almond, and the icing was not too sweet nore over-tasty. This was a very delicate cupcake.
