Giant cupcake cakes in Montclair, New Jersey

I saw these yesterday in Montclair, New Jersey, at Gimme Jimmy's Cookie Bar. They're available for custom order for $28. They also sold individual cupcakes. The cutest part was overhearing two little girls debating how many people these cakes would serve. One said 5, one said 10. What do you think?

Also, I was bummed because I was all set to go to Mr. Cupcakes in Clifton, but hadn't checked their hour. Turns out they close at 3 and it was already 3:30. Whoops! Next time...

What a great idea for a cake. My mother used to make a giant chocolate chip cookie for my birthdays when I was a kid (it was the size of a pizza) and my friends were all fascinated. There's just something about giant food that amuses kids - so I bet that would be perfect for a kids birthday party.

Oh! This would make an awesome birthday cake. I love cupcakes, but I just love the idea of having cake on birthdays, so this is the perfect solution.

My experience with my giant cupcake pan is that it will serve at least 10! It may look small, but it is TALL and even a thin sliver of cake is a lot!

i hate mr cupcakes lol ,allot of people will disagree but its not that good its not very nice inside either. I wanna check this place out now
