Flickr user quiet violence kindly allowed us to post this photo of the inside of a very tempting-looking Cold Stone Creamery ice cream cupcake. I have yet to try these but they certainly look good for a hot summer day...if New York will get many of those, considering the rain we've been having.

Oooh I wonder if that's cake batter ice cream.
We got these for Valentine's day last year. Good, but not a good ice cream/cake ratio, I am planning on trying to recreate this summer.
Yeah, these were disappointing. I've made much better ones on my own. I think it was the chocolate shell I liked the least.
My mom tried getting them for me while I was away at college, and all of the Coldstone's were apparently waiting for more of those chocolate shells to arrive. . . weren't they for a limited time, too? I hope they aren't! Cos NYC definitely needs ice cream and cupcakes together :D
