Unfortunately, I can't tell you much about this because I'd rather spend my money on actual cupcakes than purchasing transcripts of cupcake bakery lawsuits, but perhaps because I went to law school a decade ago (but didn't finish, hence don't know too much about the law), I am interested. This lawsuit came up via a Google news alert. More Cupcakes is a Chicago cupcake bakery. Lovemore is a t-shirt company. No word from either's Twitter accounts, but if you have the scoop, please email us (anonymously if you prefer) at cupcakestakethecake at gmail.com and we will try to find out what's going on. At least it's not another case of a cupcakery suing a cupcakery!
