I had to look up who exactly Hoops & Yoyo were. The ones below (via Flickr) are "Mexican Chocolate cupcakes covered in MMF (Marshmallow Fondant)."
Even if I didn't know who Hoops & Yoyo were, I'd think these were adorable, though the pandas are my favorite of the two.
