This is a family blog, right? So no naughty thoughts. But I admit I had several when I received this gift from Sweet Cuppin' Cakes Bakery and Cupcakery Supplies. (Full disclosure, Lynsday is an advertiser on this blog, you can see her ad to the right of the page.)

Huh. A Batter Finger. Oookaaay...but it turned out to be quite useful in the mixing, scraping, transferring, and eating of cupcake batter. Mmm, batter...I love mine, and now you can have one of your very own to love and cherish, as a gift from Cupcakes Take the Cake and Lyndsay of Sweet Cuppin' Cakes!

I would carry it in my purse and take it everywhere I went. Then I would offer to help all my friends make cupcakes. But then I'd just let them do all the work, and use the Batter Finger to keep sneaking tastes of the batter and icing.

I would scrape bowls, allow my kids to test batter and use it to get in the tiny areas that a traditional scraper couldn't! Maybe even swat a few pesky hands that shouldn't be touching batter!!

i would LOVE to use the batter finger! i'd keep it on hand in a fancy little drawstring bag, ready to use it at a moment's notice! i'd run it along the inside of my bowl to gather those last little bits of frosting that would make for a perfect cupcake bite. i would use it to get the last of the hot fudge out of my best friend's sundae bowl, but let her lick it off (no worrying about germs now)! perhaps most of all though, I would just know that i HAVE a batter finger, and be secretly delighted. ;)

Oh I love Fred products they are so ..... silly. I have a lil rubber girl who holds your chopsticks (the chopsticks are her legs) and the boy always thinks dirty things about it. >_<

I am planning to spend my summer making cakes for everyones birthday, this is so I can practice making and icing cakes for my wedding. (we have no cake makers in this part of the north
:( ). So I hope to practise, and do well, although it may end up affecing my dress size, lol.
This is so cute, it would make a great addition to my new set of cake making equipment.

Oh that is so cute! The slender design would be awesome for scraping my kitchenaid bowl, underneath the paddle/whisk, without having to take the whole thing apart lol.

Omg it would be so much fun, too, to use it to point at people (and my cat). XD

I can think of many uses for the Batter Finger, besides the obvious. I would attach it to my melt on one of those retractable leash things (like for ID badges). Then I could use it to point at people or when I am thinking I could put it up to my face or maybe use it for poking people....endless possibilities for an extra finger!

...they could also be placed near the finished cakes while presenting them to the guests - with a board which says "No. 1 in taste" :)

I would use it to "shoo" away anyone trying to stick their finger in the batter...then, I'd probably give it to said person so they can lick the bowl.

When I'm working on a new flavour in the middle of the night and I finally perfect a new butter-cream, I would use this as the spoon to run into the bedroom with at 3 am to say "Kevin! Wake up! Taste this - is that freakin' good or what?"

This is such a fun item to use! If you have to taste bits of batter, this would be really useful for that. (and to be honest: for getting the last bit from the bowl to enjoy it would come in handy too)

Hope I'm not too late!!!!

I would use this Batter Finger as a pointer when teaching the neighbor's kids how to bake cupckakes-I'll point to the recipe on the board and explain! And then I'll wash it in the sink and use it when making the mix for the cupcakes.

This would be perfect for my little girl. She is 5. She is always sitting on the counter watching me make cupcakes. She is always wanting to put her finger in the frosting and cake batter. It is very hard for her to control her self when there is so much sweet around. I would let her use that for a taste of what we were making that day. She would love it.
