One way is the fact that there continue to be cupcake cookbooks publisher. This one, Eat Me!: The Stupendous, Self-raising World of Cupcakes and Bakes According to Cookie Girl by Xanthe Milton (aka Cookie Girl, but she's obviously not just about cookies!), won't be out until March 2010, but it looks amazing. Especially the banoffee pie cupcake! We'll post more about it closer to the pub date.
