Blueberry "Shortcake" Cupcakes with Blueberry Buttercream by Kati's Cupcakes of Moorestown, New Jersey via Flickr, with the caption:

These are blueberry cupcakes filled with fresh Jersey blueberries from our local farm. On top, why not more blueberries? Of course! Blueberry buttercream frosting and a big plum Jersey fresh blueberry plopped on top!! MMmmm, mmm for true blueberry lovers, Jersey style!!

It looks so good and yummy!!! I've always a problem with the icing and the frosting: it doesn't remain "up" on the cupcake.
Do you understand me? What can I do?
