The Cupcake Bandit Film Festival doesn't, apparently, have all that much to do with cupcakes (though apparently there will be cupcakes there, but it has a cool name and an even cooler logo.
To support Philadelphia filmmakers in producing unique, creative projects thru collaborations and to have a place for their work to be discovered.
