C'est Chic Cupcakes in Greenwood Village, Colorado

As a cupcake blogger, few things make me happier than finding something new in cupcake land, such as C'est Chic Cupcakes, which according to its website, opened just a few days ago on August 19th.

I discovered them via a review on the blog Facts from a Fact Woman, where she wrote:

They were very good! The cake is still a bit too dense for my preference, but they're better than some other cupcake bakeries we've tried. That aside, the cupcakes are amazing. My favorite was the chocolate orange cupcake which has a deep rich chocolate cake with a perfect buttercream. The buttercream has orange zest and an unexpected orange blossom oil which gives it a light floral undertone. Sublime!

The New Orleans Lemon cupcake has a light lemon flavored cake with a light traditional cream cheese frosting and a pool of lemon curd on the top for a bright fresh lemon taste. The Creme Brulee cupcake has a vanilla bean cake with tons of vanilla flavor, a vanilla bean whipped cream icing and a caramelized sugar disk perched on top, delicious. The Carrot Cake cupcake has a traditional carrot cake with the perfect amount of nutmeg and spice and is topped with a fluffy cream cheese frosting.

See her blog for the full review.

Here are some of their flavors:

Tres Leches This Latin favorite features milk three ways to form a complex and creamy treat.
Bananas Foster The perfect blend of bananas, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and dark rum makes this a New Orleans French experience not to be missed.
Pineapple Upside Down Pineapple, butter, and brown sugar with a cherry on top so rich we recommend sans frosting.
White Chocolate
Strawberry Fresh sweet berries join rich creamy white chocolate in this dreamy creation.
Cashew Butter Impersonating its peanut cousin, our cashews form a nutty, buttery blend that is unmistakably cashew.
Pistachio Lovers The beloved pistachio nut flavors this cake, which includes a creamy cherry cheese center.
New Orleans Lemon Authentic Southern pound cake accented with lemon curd topped with cream cheese frosting.
Applespice A harvest like blend of apples, fresh grated nutmeg and cinnamon will transport you back to Grandma’s kitchen.
Butterscotch The decadent flavors or brown sugar, butter and cream combined to create our distinctive butterscotch.
