Hamburger cupcake and fries at Chelsea Piers

I went bowling yesterday at Chelsea Piers and on the way back stopped in at Ruthy's Bakery and Cafe. Lo and behold, not only did they sell cupcakes, but hamburger cupcakes! I bought one, but will have to taste it today. I have previously only seen them online. So adorable and I love that in this unexpected place I found some super-creative cupcakes.

I love how they got so many details, from the fries to the ketchup to the many layers of a good burger.

I was the happiest camper when I found these at Chelsea market too. But I almost melted when I saw an entire Puppy cake, blue ribbon and all!

Boy, I've been there a gazillion times and have never seen these! Must be new or so novel they sell out quick. For a DIY version I think I would swap out the frosting for fruit roll ups cut in the shape of the toppings.
