From the press release:

FOR THE NEXT TWO SUNDAYS...

THRILL as the Cupcake Cadets perform ritual dances of cupcake lust and desire!

TITTER as they lick cupcakes in perfect unison!

GASP as throngs of tourists and shoppers part like the Red Sea!

All performances are FREE!

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
Can't get enough of Ms. Cupcake? The Cupcake Cadets will be selling chic new t-shirts (designed by the fabulous Miss Wit) after each performance. Only $20 to help support the cause!

Unison Fetish
Featuring the CUPCAKE CADET CORPS
Conceived by West Village choreographer Sue Hogan as a response to the transformation of Bleecker Street into a luxury shopping mall, Unison Fetish offers a satirical commentary on cupcake mania and the consuming obsession to consume.

Northwest corner of
Bleecker and West 11th Streets
New York, New York 10014

Three Sundays with performances at 3pm & 5pm:
Sunday, September 13
Sunday, September 20
Sunday, September 27

Admission is FREE!!!!

More information can be found at www.unisonfetish.com

Members of the Cupcake Cadet Corps: Charis Haines, Heather Kemp, Anne Lentz, Sheiline McGraw, Becka Vargus, and Matthew Westerby. Bessie-award winner Liz Prince has dressed the Cadets in sequins, feathers, and pink satin..

Sue Hogan has been performing her choreography in various downtown venues in New York since 1992, including solo concerts and collaborative duets with John Morris. She has been a guest choreographer at Pomona College, California Institute of the Arts, and the University of Memphis, and her work has been presented throughout the country. The Philadelphia Inquirer described her work as "devastatingly deadpan."
