Saw a random Tweet (I often have no idea how these things come to me, but they do in my endless searching) about Peace O' Cake Cupcakes in Lubbock, Texas, and checked out their site - they have some cute photos and I dig the logo.

I don't see them on Yelp so can't offer too much more than that, but for those in or near Lubbock, may be worth checking out.

LOVE it!! I just emailed you a few days ago about this place - It's a must try visit and there are endless flavors, all of which are equally delicious (My personal favorite is Black & White...chocolate cake with a creamy cream cheese filling with chocolate chips!)

These are the *best* cupcakes in west Texas! My favorite is the Pink Thank (pink lemonade; sweet, tart) and my daughter loves the Red Velvet. They offer a mini size for less guilt. Great icing to cake ratio. Look for the flag-if it's flying, they are open, if not, sadly, they are sold out for the day.
